Luo Xuejuan (born 26 January 1984 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province) is a Chinese swimmer. She began swimming in 1991 because her parents thought she was so thin that the exercise would make her stronger.
Luo represented China at the 2004 Summer Olympics, earning a gold medal in the Women's 100 meter breaststroke and setting a new Olympic record of 1 min 6.64 s, just longer of the world record by 0.27 seconds....
